負(fù)一樓 |社交與運(yùn)動的自由空間

Freedom of space to socialize and exercise

會客廳 負(fù)一樓是家人和朋友交流互動的絕佳空間。會客廳以舒適和現(xiàn)代為主調(diào)，柔軟的大型沙發(fā)搭配簡約又不失趣味的裝飾，讓空間充滿活力，成為親友聚會的最佳場所。

The living room on the B1 floor is a great space for family and friends to interact with each other. The living room is comfortable and contemporary, with a large soft sofa and simple yet fun décor, making the space vibrant and the perfect place for family and friends to gather.

會客廳后方是私人健身房，配備齊全的運(yùn)動器械。無論是清晨的晨跑，還是夜晚的力量訓(xùn)練，隨時隨地開啟健康生活。社交與運(yùn)動無縫連接，讓這里成為整個家庭的活力中心。

At the rear of the parlor is a private gym fully equipped with exercise equipment. Whether it's a morning jog or a night of strength training, start a healthy life anytime, anywhere. Social and sporty are seamlessly connected, making it a vibrant hub for the whole family.

一樓 |開闊與奢華并存

Openness and luxury coexist

客廳 一樓的客廳是整個別墅的靈魂所在，以挑空設(shè)計(jì)帶來恢弘氣度。雙層挑高的結(jié)構(gòu)賦予空間更高的立體感與通透感，使人一進(jìn)門便被其大氣之美所震撼。

The living room on the first floor is the soul of the entire villa, with a ceiling design that brings grandeur. The double-height structure gives the space a higher sense of three-dimensionality and transparency, so that people are shocked by its atmospheric beauty as soon as they enter the door.

正面是大理石電視背景墻，其天然的紋理流暢且充滿張力，在簡約中展現(xiàn)低調(diào)的奢華質(zhì)感。墻面的設(shè)計(jì)線條與整個空間渾然一體，讓客廳成為視覺與功能的雙重焦點(diǎn)。整面的落地窗，將戶外的自然風(fēng)光引入室內(nèi)。白天，這里光線充足，綠植與藍(lán)天映襯出一片明亮開闊；夜晚，窗外的燈影與室內(nèi)燈光相輔相成，營造出寧靜而溫馨的氛圍。

On the front is a marble TV backdrop, whose natural texture is smooth and full of tension, showing a low-key luxury texture in simplicity. The design lines of the wall are integrated with the whole space, making the living room a dual focus of vision and function. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring the natural beauty of the outdoors indoors. During the day, there is plenty of light, and the greenery and blue sky reflect a bright and open landscape; At night, the lights outside the window complement the interior lighting, creating a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere.

頭頂，定制水晶吊燈懸掛在挑空的正中央，宛若銀河墜落人間。無論是白天的陽光灑落，還是夜晚燈光璀璨，這盞吊燈都為客廳空間增添了一抹靈動的藝術(shù)感。從二樓俯瞰，整個客廳盡收眼底。挑空的設(shè)計(jì)讓空間更顯宏偉，家具的精心擺放勾勒出功能區(qū)的分明與美感。無論是家人相聚，還是會客洽談，這里都是絕佳的場所。

Overhead, a custom crystal chandelier hangs in the center of the sky, like the Milky Way falling into the world. Whether it's the sun shining during the day or the lights shining at night, this chandelier adds a touch of artistic touch to the living room space. From the second floor, you can see the entire living room. The design of the void makes the space more grandiose, and the careful placement of furniture outlines the clarity and beauty of the functional area. Whether it's a family get-together or a meeting with guests, it's the perfect place to be.

休閑廳 與客廳的恢弘氣勢不同，休閑廳以極簡的設(shè)計(jì)語言打造了一片安靜的角落。這里沒有多余的裝飾，簡約的家具與大面積玻璃相結(jié)合，讓空間更加通透明亮。無論是工作間隙稍作停留，還是靜靜觀賞窗外景致，這里都能為生活增添一份恬靜與愜意。

Unlike the grandeur of the living room, the lounge creates a quiet corner with a minimalist design language. There are no frills here, and the simple furniture combined with large areas of glass makes the space more transparent and bright. Whether it's a break between work or a quiet view from the window, this place can add a sense of tranquility and comfort to life.

一樓 |溫馨與實(shí)用結(jié)合

A combination of warmth and practicality

餐廳  一樓餐廚區(qū)域采用開放式布局，設(shè)計(jì)簡潔而功能強(qiáng)大。內(nèi)嵌式餐廳與島臺餐桌無縫連接，提升空間利用率的同時也便于家人互動。廚房以深色木質(zhì)與金屬質(zhì)感為主，現(xiàn)代感十足，在品味美食的同時更享設(shè)計(jì)的美感。

The kitchen area on the ground floor has an open plan layout with a clean yet functional design. The built-in dining room is seamlessly connected to the island table, improving space utilization and family interaction. The kitchen is mainly made of dark wood and metal, which is full of modernity, and you can enjoy the beauty of the design while savoring the food.

二樓 |個性化的私人空間

Personalized private space

長輩房  二樓的長輩房設(shè)計(jì)以溫馨和實(shí)用為主，摒棄繁雜裝飾，營造簡潔寧靜的居住氛圍。柔軟的床品和落地窗外的綠意相得益彰，為長輩提供一個健康而舒適的生活環(huán)境。

The senior room on the second floor is designed to be warm and practical, abandoning complicated decorations and creating a simple and quiet living atmosphere. Soft bedding and floor-to-ceiling windows complement each other to provide a healthy and comfortable living environment for the elderly.

兒童房 藍(lán)色調(diào)的兒童房給人耳目一新的感覺。墻面裝飾了活潑的元素，床鋪設(shè)計(jì)貼心而安全。這里不僅是孩子的休息空間，更是他們的玩樂與學(xué)習(xí)天地，為成長注入無盡樂趣。

The children's room in blue tones gives a refreshing feeling. The walls are decorated with lively elements, and the beds are designed to be intimate and safe. It's not just a place for children to rest, it's also a place for them to play and learn, injecting endless fun into their growth.

備用房 備用房風(fēng)格簡約但不失品位，可以根據(jù)需求隨時調(diào)整為書房、客房或休閑空間，為家居生活增添更多可能性。

The spare room is simple but tasteful, and can be adjusted to a study, guest room or leisure space at any time according to your needs, adding more possibilities to your home life.

三樓 |私密奢華的歸屬感

A sense of belonging in privacy and luxury

主臥套房 主臥展現(xiàn)了舒適與奢華的極致融合。大面積的臥室空間搭配柔和燈光，營造出放松的氛圍。主臥衣帽間寬敞有序，特別設(shè)置了一把白色椅子與全身鏡，為每一天的穿搭帶來便利。主臥衛(wèi)生間以大理石為主材，精致又實(shí)用，并與洗曬陽臺無縫銜接，兼具采光與私密性，讓生活更加舒心。

The master bedroom offers the ultimate blend of comfort and luxury. The large bedroom space is complemented by soft lighting to create a relaxing atmosphere. The master bedroom walk-in closet is spacious and orderly, with a white chair and full-length mirror, which brings convenience to every day's outfit. The master bedroom bathroom is made of marble, which is exquisite and practical, and seamlessly connects with the washing and drying balcony, which has both lighting and privacy, making life more comfortable.

電競房 三樓的電競房為年輕人提供了一個釋放激情的空間。專業(yè)的電競設(shè)備、炫酷的燈光設(shè)計(jì)，配合充滿科技感的整體布局，讓這里成為他們沉浸娛樂的理想天地。

The e-sports room on the third floor provides a space for young people to unleash their passions. Professional gaming equipment, cool lighting design, and the overall layout full of science and technology make this an ideal place for them to immerse themselves in entertainment.
