這座260㎡的意式輕奢宅，以挑空的氣勢、克制的色彩、考究的材質，營造出一種無聲的高級感。在這里，每一寸空間都在訴說著設計的溫度，每一束光影都藏著生活的格調。

層高之上的奢華儀式感

A sense of luxury and ritual above the ceiling

客廳 步入客廳，挑空設計讓空間瞬間釋放出磅礴氣勢。水晶吊燈懸掛于空中，宛如流動的光影藝術，靜靜點亮空間的奢華感。大面積拼接大理石墻面，冷峻而富有力量感，搭配暗調木飾面與金屬元素，剛柔并濟，低調而不失奢雅。

Stepping into the living room, the hollow design instantly releases the majestic momentum of the space. Crystal chandeliers hang in the air, like a flowing art of light and shadow, quietly lighting up the luxurious sense of space. The large area of spliced marble wall is cold and powerful, with dark wood veneer and metal elements, which is both rigid and soft, low-key and luxurious.

沙發(fā)區(qū)則巧妙運用了墨綠色與灰色調，在高級感之中融入一絲溫潤，讓空間更具層次。陽光灑落，光影交錯，仿佛一場視覺與觸覺的盛宴，讓人沉浸其中，感受輕奢生活的獨特韻律。

The sofa area cleverly uses dark green and gray tones, injecting a touch of warmth into the sense of luxury, making the space more layered. The sun is sprinkled and the light and shadow are intertwined, like a visual and tactile feast, which makes people immersed in it and feel the unique rhythm of light luxury life.

藝術與生活的交匯點

The intersection of art and life

餐廳 食不僅僅是味覺的享受，更是空間設計的一部分。開放式餐廚布局，將社交與生活緊密融合。中央島臺以天然大理石鋪就，線條流暢、肌理細膩，成為整個空間的視覺焦點。

Food is not only a taste enjoyment, but also a part of the space design. The open kitchen layout closely integrates social and life. The central island is paved with natural marble, with smooth lines and delicate textures, which becomes the visual focus of the entire space.

休閑區(qū) 步入其中，天花板上的圓形頂燈散發(fā)著柔和的光，照亮整個空間。靠墻一側是整面的開放式書架，陳列著各類書籍、藝術品和擺件，既實用又極具裝飾性，彰顯出主人的文化品味與藝術修養(yǎng)。書架下方的燈光設計，更是為其增添了一份精致感。

Step inside, and a round ceiling light on the ceiling emits a soft light that illuminates the entire space. On one side of the wall is an open bookshelf with a variety of books, artworks and ornaments, which are both practical and decorative, highlighting the owner's cultural taste and artistic accomplishment. The lighting design under the bookshelf adds a sense of sophistication to it.

在溫柔光影中沉入夢境

Sink into a dream in gentle light and shadow

主臥 主臥以高級灰為主基調，低飽和度的軟裝搭配柔和燈光，打造出極具質感的沉浸式睡眠空間。墻面細膩的材質、床頭的精致裝飾，都在無聲訴說著主人的品味。夜幕降臨，卸下一天的疲憊，在這片靜謐天地里，盡享屬于自己的悠然時光。

The master bedroom is based on high-grade gray, and the low-saturation soft furnishings are matched with soft lighting to create an immersive sleeping space with great texture. The delicate materials of the walls and the delicate decoration of the bedside are all silently telling the owner's taste. When night falls, unload the fatigue of the day and enjoy your own leisurely time in this quiet world.

次臥  次臥則更傾向于溫暖與舒適。米白色與木色交融，搭配柔軟的床品與線性燈光，溫馨感油然而生。極簡的設計，讓空間更顯寧靜，讓心靈在繁忙的都市中找到一片安放之所。

The second bedroom is more warm and cozy. Off-white and woody tones are combined with soft bedding and linear lighting. The minimalist design makes the space more tranquil and allows the soul to find a place to rest in the busy city.
